По версии обвинения, Буянова сказала своей пациентке, вдове героя СВО Александре Акиньшиной, что её муж был «законной целью Украины». Никаких доказательств этому следствие не нашло (кроме доноса жены военного). Медик отрицала свою вину.

"This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
