1️⃣ Потребитель обращается в аварийно-диспетчерскую службу УО / ЖСК / ТСЖ. Потребитель обязан сообщить свои ФИО, точный адрес и вид коммунальной услуги;
2️⃣ Управляющая организация (УО) сообщает потребителю регистрационный номер заявки, а также ФИО сотрудника, принявшего ее.
3️⃣ УО направляет уведомление в РСО о факте некачественной поставки ресурса. РСО должно сообщить есть ли проблема с их стороны, и предложить время проведения проверки.
4️⃣ УК согласовывает с потребителем время проведения проверки. По общему правилу проверка должна быть проведена не позднее 2 часов с момента получения обращения потребителя.
5️⃣ После проведения проверки составляется акт проверки, по одному для каждой стороны;
