Палітзняволенага абвінавацілі паводле ч. 1 арт. 342 КК (актыўны ўдзел у дзеяннях, што груба парушаюць грамадскі парадак) і ч. 1 арт. 130 КК (распальванне іншай сацыяльнай варожасці ці варажнечы). Яго асудзілі да 3,5 гадоў зняволення ў калоніі ва ўмовах агульнага рэжыму.
Тэрмін Максім адбываў у віцебскай калоніі № 3. 21 жніўня ён выйшаў на волю па заканчэнні тэрміну, піша "Гомельская Вясна".
