Эффективность управленческих команд оценивалась по 44 показателям и шести основным направлениям.

Победителями стали восемь сельских территорий, города Вологда и Череповец. Они разделили призовой фонд в 120 миллионов рублей, который будет направлен на реализацию приоритетных проектов на территориях муниципалитетов и поощрение команд.
