🔹دکتر اصغر نوروزی دکتری روانشناسی سلامت و مدرس این کارگاه آموزشی گفت: زمانی بحران اتفاق می افتد که ارتباط یک طرفه باشد. بحران باید به درستی مدیریت شود. انسان ها در محیط اجتماعی و انجام کار گروهی و ... هدف گذاری هایی را که انجام می دهند، اگر رابطه دو طرفه باشد در زمان کمتر و با هزینه پایین تر به هدفشان می رسند، بدون اینکه فشار یا استرس زیادی را تحمل کنند.
