Стратегия Абсолюта не самая тривиальная на рынке. Такая своеобразная биполярка. Земли у Абсолюта - жопой жуй и не только в Москве и ближайшем Подмосковье. Первая стадия у Абсолюта - желание не самостоятельно заниматься участками, а запартнериться с кем-нибудь…

Абсолют все-таки родил проект на Лужнецкой набережной, 2/4. Хочется сказать что-то в таком духе:

"Родила царица в ночь
Не то сына, не то дочь;
Не мышонка, не лягушку,
А неведому зверюшку"

Над этим проектом работали такие именитые бюро: Simpson Haugh и AUKETT SWANKE, DYER, APEX, ABD architects, ODA, MVRDV.

А ранее мы публиковали проекты:

4. Другой старый проект

Столько лет проектирования и столько вариантов, чтобы получить "вот это".

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment.
