МКСИ сообщает, что ПИКом получен ППТ для продолжения проекта Волоколамское шоссе, 24, ЗУ "1-й Красногорский, 3" Суммарно накатить можно будет 343 тыс. кв. м. Есть парочка посадок для проекта, но они все стремные и неактуальные. Ждем и верим в новый мастерплан.

Кстати, о метре. Стартовали по 165 тыс. руб./кв. м. в марте 2020 года, активно растили ценник, а вот в январе 2022 как он завис на уровне 240 тыс. руб./кв. м. так и висит с незначительными снижениями. Такая картина плюс минус везде, где апарты - флэт с начала года - лучший сценарий, ведь у многих снижения.

Напоминаем, что кто делает вертикальную разводку отопления - тот лох.
