Капиталисты делают салфетку для своего проекта на ЗУ "Крылатская, 33". Проект взяли осенью 2022 года, а сейчас явно утверждают ТЭПы. Рядом готовится к старту проект на ЗУ "Крылатская, 23". Вот так, в районе где ничего давно не строилось на рынок вывалится…

Все те же на манеже - Остоженка, Капиталисты, осталось понять какой региональный девелопер заберет под реализацию проект, в таком классном, переоцененном районе, как Крылатское?

Под боком проект на ЗУ "Крылатская, 23" регионалов из Touch. Может им логично забрать проект, чтобы накрыть полностью весь район. Ну или по классике толкнут Аквилону, который вообще у Капиталистов без слов готов все что угодно брать.

Жители района уже такой девелоперской движухе не рады. Создают чатики, хотят выходить на улицу. Потому что "Это наше Крылатское!".
