Девелоперы эту тему вертели на одном месте, массово начали идти в привлечение с посылом "0,01%". Лови пруфы: Самолет, А101, ЛСР. Понятное дело, что там условий херова туча, звездочка на звездочке, мелкий шрифт и тд.
Ипотечный кол не отпускает алчных манагеров банков и девелоперов. Все идут ва-банк. Это не очень хорошо, у населения просто отвалится понимание, что такое ставка вообще. Как она связана с ключевой и тд. По сути мы наблюдаем последнюю стадию, когда мальчик кричит "Волки! Волки!".
