Учитывая, что в сентябре "доползали" люди с одобренными ранее ставками, октябрь должен быть слабее. А вот обвал рынка и ипотеки и первичного жилья должен произойти уже в ноябре 2023.
Вопрос только один - спасут ли высокий сезон и новогодние скидки месье девелоперов от дырки по продажам в конце года. А то ипотечный кол завершает свою работу. Радостей будет меньше.
