Сегодня день Смайнекса какой-то. Вот такую "курортную" архитектуру ребята пытаются согласовать на ЗУ "Павла Андреева, 23", что в Даниловском районе (это, кстати, не ЦАО, а ЮАО). Площадь проекта - 63,5 тыс. кв. м. с высотой от 35 до 65 метров. Будет странно, если это согласует город. Ну очень просто для рынка роскошной Москвы. Дешевят.

Говорят, что на Шаболовке Vesper въебали строить доминанту на 180 метров. Если перфекционисты смогут такой малой кровью отстреляться, будет странно.
