Вообще ходит слух, что сделка Догмы и Эталона по Шагалу сорвалась. Так что, ждем другого амбициозного регионала на этом замечательном проекте.

Пока газетные товарищи обсуждают очевидный наброс на Самик, покажем настоящий рынок, а не слухи. Эталон мало того, что сливает продажи в рассрочки, так ещё сливает проекты пачками. Вот такой пакет по Шагалу поплыл по рынку. 150 тыс. руб. с метра, и у вас какой-нибудь урбан-блок проекта. Стоимость от 2,9 до 11,5 ярдов. Участки находятся на самом севере участка, рядом с ЗИЛ-Восток.

Ранее пытались толкнуть Догме, но что-то пошло не так. Вероятно, слилась Догма, так как у Эталона желания продать участки осталось. Учитывая, что у регионалов сейчас деньги на проекты закончатся - кто будет покупать это добро - решительно непонятно.
