Только ПИК в 2020 выведет более 20 проектов, большинство из них будут с ценником более 200 тыс. руб./кв. м. Магия 2 и 0.
Пессимисты бы сказали: «что там по ёмкости рынка? сожрет ли она столько?», а оптимисты бы просто поднимали бы цены и готовили документы для выхода новых объемов.
