❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Прокуратура Надеждинского района признала законным возбуждение уголовного дела в отношении сотрудника ГИБДД по ч. 3 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение должностным лицом взятки в виде денег в значительном размере за незаконное бездействие).
🚨По версии следствия, в феврале - марте 2024 года обвиняемый получил взятку частями в размере 20 тыс. рублей и 10 тыс. рублей в безналичной форме за ненаправление водителя на медицинское освидетельствование и освобождение его от административной ответственности.
С учётом позиции прокурора суд избрал 41-летнему фигуранту меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражей на 1 месяц 29 суток.
Ход и результаты расследования уголовного дела находятся на контроле в прокуратуре района.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
