КОФЕЙНЫЙ КЕКС

ВместО или вместЕ с бодрящей чашечкой ☕

✅кофе-250 мл
✅мука-250 гр(и ещё пара ст.л.)
✅разрыхлитель-1 ч.л.
✅сахар-100 гр
✅мед-3 ст.л.
✅растит.масло-2 ст.л.
✅чернослив-горсть. Можно заменить на орешки, изюм и т. п.

✏В теплом свежесваренном хорошем (!) кофе растворяем сахар и мед. Добавляем растительное масло. Вводим муку с разрыхлителем.
✏Затем добавляем мытый и обсушенный чернослив кусочками.
✏Выпекаем в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке до сухой спички. Примерно 45 минут. Остудить.
