ГРЕЧЕСКИЙ САЛАТ (постная версия)⤵️

Предельно просто!

✅салатные листья (например, айсберг)
✅помидоры- 2 шт.
✅огурец- 1/2 длинной шт.
✅перец болг.- 1/2 шт.
✅лук красн.- 1/2 головки
✅оливки (или маслины)- 1/2 банки
✅тофу- 100 гр (1/2 пачки)
✅нерафинированное масло- для заправки
✅соль- пр вкусу

✏️Листья нарвать крупно. Овощи нарезать крупным кубиком.
✏️Лук- полукольцами. Оливки- целиком.
✏️Тофу (соевый сыр) нарезаем кубиком.
✏️Солим, заправляем маслом и смешиваем. Даем постоять минут 5-10. Ангела за трапезой😇

Продуктов немного, а получается целая миска! Витаминизируемся!

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
