Интал Шайхаттаров Яңа Тинчәле мәдәният йорты җитәкчесе. Биредә 1998 елдан бирле эшли икән. Кулына гармун алмаган көне юк.
-Гармунда алты яшемнән уйныйм, әтием өйрәтте, ул бик оста иде,- ди Интал абый. – Күрәсең, каннан килә. Шуның өчен дә тормышымны мәдәният белән бәйләдем. Сүз дә юк, элек эшләргә күңеллерәк иде. Хәзер мәктәптә дә егерме бала гына калды. Әле бүген дә укучы кызлар өчен бию түгәрәге була. Мәдәният йортына өлкәнрәк кешеләрне дә җәлеп итәбез. Бер генә бәйрәмне дә игътибарсыз калдырмыйбыз. Хәзер бигрәк тә актив эшләргә тырышабыз: узган ел мәдәният йортына капиталь ремонт уздырылды.
