Напомню, на сегодняшний день Николаев совмещает две должности - главы республики и председателя кабинета министров.
Для, понимания: глава - это больше о политике и стратегии развития, а премьер-министр - это больше о текучке. При Фёдорове и при Игнатьеве эти должности не совмещались.
