По словам депутата, рассрочки также необходимо регулировать, так как они фактически являются кредитами. Также он уточнил, что пороговую сумму, ставящую рассрочку на один уровень с кредитами, будут постепенно снижать, чтобы закрыть «лазейку кредитования». В итоге значение снизят до 15 тыс. руб., но с учетом инфляции. Власти хотят ввести еще и нормативы и требования Центробанка к таким продуктам.
