«В настоящий момент со стороны Франции нет изменений правил, указанных в приложении XXI к директиве №833/2014 Европейского союза», — сообщили в посольстве.
Там подчеркнули: «Некоторые страны, такие как Финляндия и Польша, изменили свои правила. Но мы не планируем их менять».

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
