Сложно понять, как именно это отразится на продажах девелоперов (не все там линейно: продажи вторички пострадают сильнее первички, и падение перераспределится), но очевидно, что срубить может до 15-20% рынка в годовом исчислении.
К сожалению, это очень много. Особенно с учетом того, что основная просадка будет во второй половине года, то есть СЕЙЧАС.
