Стратегический мастер-план развития Владикавказа до 2030 года, разработанный по поручению президента России, представлен корпорацией ДОМ. РФ совместно с властями Северной Осетии.
Документ включает 138 проектов, из которых 31 определен как ключевой, а 8 названы «быстрыми победами». Среди приоритетов — модернизация транспортной и инженерной инфраструктуры, строительство социальных объектов, развитие городской среды, а также создание туристических и творческих кластеров.
Мастер-план стал результатом масштабного анализа городской жизни и обсуждений с участием представителей власти, экспертов и жителей. В ближайшее время ответственные структуры должны представить свои предложения для окончательного утверждения документа.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
