В жилых и нежилых помещениях многоквартирных домов больше нельзя будет проводить богослужения. Соответствующий документ поддержало Правительство РФ при условии его доработки. Под запрет попадет недвижимость, принадлежащая или выданная в аренду религиозным организациям. В таких местах ограничат систематические публичные богослужения и религиозные обряды.
Возможность проводить подобные мероприятия в непредназначенных для этого местах уже повлекла за собой ряд последствий. Например, незаконные молельные дома в многоэтажках или около них становились местом притяжения для нелегалов. А такие мигранты мешали жить обычным гражданам.
