По факту гибели ребенка возбудили уголовное дело. Следователи проведут проверку работы сотрудников детского сада, которые, предположительно, отвлеклись и не досмотрели за ребенком. По факту произошедшего возбуждено уголовное дело ч. 2 ст. 109 УК РФ. В рамках его расследования будет дана правовая оценка действиям воспитателям садика.
