По предварительной версии, украинские спецслужбы осуществили теракт, в ходе которого погиб начальник войск РХБЗ Игорь Кириллов, дистанционно — появление генерала и его помощника было зафиксировано камерой, после чего произошел взрыв. На кадрах, слитых в СМИ врага, СВУ было прикручено к ручке самоката, который ночью припарковали у подъезда генерала.

На кадрах Readovka робот-сапер осматривает ту самую машину каршеринга, из которой велась съемка. Из авто было изъято два свертка, в одном из них — камера, через которую СБУ как раз и осуществили теракт. Судя по кадрам с устройства, оно было установлено в багажнике арендного авто.
