Вице-премьер России Александр Новак поручил Минфину и Минстрою проработать этот вопрос. Министерства совместно с «Дом РФ» должны оценить целесообразность такого шага до 25 марта. Сейчас на семейную ипотеку по ставке до 6% могут претендовать:
▪️семьи, в которых есть хотя бы один ребенок в возрасте до шести лет включительно; ▪️ семьи с двумя и более несовершеннолетними детьми, проживающие в малых городах (до 50 тыс. человек) или регионах с низкими объемами строительства; ▪️ семьи, в которых есть ребенок с инвалидностью.
