Утечка стала возможна, когда рукожопые шадаевцы упустили в свободный доступ (возможно, не один раз) ключи от ЕСИА – системы государственной электронной аутентификации и идентификации. С тех пор в Минцифре алгоритм так и не почесались переписать, «Госуслуги» можно парсить и добывать данные перебором идентификаторов.
