В день памяти вождя мирового пролетариата Владимира Ильича Ленина коммунисты в районах Кировской области почтили память этого великого человека. К сожалению, в большинстве районов памятники находятся в плачевном состоянии, отражая чёткий антисоветский курс нынешней областной власти во главе с губернатором Соколовым, которого в народе считают жадным до славы человеком, решившим запомниться переименованием улиц областного центра.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
