ДЕНЬ В ИСТОРИИ: окончание Сталинградской битвы 2 февраля в календаре нашей страны отмечается как один из дней воинской славы России, день окончания Сталинградской битвы.
Длившаяся с 17 июля 1942 года по 2 февраля 1943 года, эта битва происходила на территориях, ныне составляющих Волгоградскую, Воронежскую, Ростовскую области и Республику Калмыкия. Это было одно из крупнейших и наиболее кровопролитных сражений Великой Отечественной войны, завершившееся победой Красной армии и обеспечившее коренной перелом в ходе Второй мировой войны.
Дни воинской славы России установлены федеральным законом 1995 года.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
