Обыски прошли у начальник отдела областного УЭБиПК с дислокацией в г. Таганроге, полковника Виталия Шмыкова и следователя ОВД таганрогского отдела областного СУ СК Антона Васильченко в рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного на руководителя Таганрогского следствия Руслана Багмута.

Сейчас подозреваемые доставлены в Москву на судебное заседание по избранию им меры пресечения.

Троица подозревается в получении взятки в размере 3 500 000 рублей в 2023 году от предпринимателя за незаконное прекращение проверки и проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий по факту продажи контрафактного алкоголя и сигарет.
