В старинном селе Савинское Плесецкого района Архангельской области сохранилось несколько расписных домов начала ХХ века. Эти росписи создавал маляр А. Суровцев, о котором известно совсем немного. По данным краеведа А.П. Огаркова, в середине XIX века в селе существовал магазин Суровцевых, и возможно, маляр был из этой семьи. Все расписанные им дома он подписывал. В Савинском таких домов было много, но часть росписей со временем выцвела, а часть домов перекрасили или перестроили.

Суровцев использовал классический арсенал мастера домовой росписи: яркие цветы, геометрические фигуры, вазы, букеты и, конечно, львы-стражи, которые встречаются в росписях разных местностей. Обратите внимание на прекрасную морду льва на одном из домов, писалась она явно с душой.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
