В ходе обсуждения законопроекта о Едином общеобразовательном пространстве Председатель Госдумы заявил, что для повышения качества образования необходимо переводить школы на уровень регионы.
«Решить вопросы, связанные с материально-технической базой, за счет муниципалитетов, которые практически все дотационные, не получится», — отметил Вячеслав Володин.
Напомним, что законопроект был разработан по поручению спикера ГД.

And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
