⏯ранее действовала льгота в 4 п.п. от рыночной ставки, ⏯теперь – гибкий дисконт, равный 1/3 ключевой ставки ЦБ.
Применение корпоративной льготы возможно не только по новым кредитам, но и по ранее оформленным ипотечным программам. Оформить льготу можно с помощью Домклик.
С учетом текущей ключевой ставки ЦБ, равной 21%, дисконт для сотрудников составит до 7%.
