Азербайджанцы будут учить мигрантов русскому языку
На Камчатке проверять у мигрантов знание русского языка будет азербайджанская диаспора «Азери», под эти цели местные власти выделили им бюджетные средства:
«Наша организация получила субсидию на возмещение затрат по интеграции и адаптации мигрантов Камчатского края. Будем проводить обучение знаниям трудового законодательства, миграционной политики, бытового поведения, русского языка, культуры нашей страны и истории Камчатского края.»

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
