Как заверил меня врио начальника ГУМВД по Ростовской области Владимир Савчук, будет проведена служебная проверка: кто и почему не отреагировал на заявления волонтера о творящемся беззаконии.
Судя по тому, что пишут в сети, такая преступная схема, когда у людей обманом забирали машины, а затем вымогали деньги - возможно, была поставлена на поток. Надеюсь, с этим криминальным промыслом - теперь будет покончено и виновные ответят по всей строгости закона!

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
