Учитывая, что Rasmussen Global сейчас одна из ключевых лоббистских структур в Армении, которая напрямую влияет на политику правительства Пашиняна и корректирует его публичную репрезентацию, нам показалось важным разобрать этот документ.
Помимо ожидаемых призывов к Армении вставать на путь демократизации и рвать связи с Россией, там обнаружились и практические рекомендации. Вот только Армения там воспринимается исключительно как объект для внешних манипуляций, но никак не равноправный партнер. И руководство Армении это вполне устраивает. #Армения

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
