Согласно ч. 3 ст. 12.23 КоАП РФ "Нарушение требований к перевозке детей, установленных Правилами дорожного движения" 1⃣7⃣ водителей привлечены к административной ответственности с вынесением административного наказания в виде штрафа в размере 3000 тысячи рублей.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
