Честно признаемся – не знаем. Но вот факт. Прошлой осенью подрядчики завершили работы по реконструкции фасадов исторических череповецких зданий в рамках специальной губернаторской программы, на которую в областном бюджете предусмотрено более миллиарда рублей. Не успели жители домов порадоваться девственной чистоте фасадов, которую обходили стороной даже вандалы, как вдруг стали обнаруживать налепленные на свежевыкрашенные стены вот такие произведения бюрократического искусства.
