Zwei Unbekannte âmit auslĂ€ndischem Akzentâ hĂ€tten die drei Frauen beleidigt, woraufhin es zum Streit kam. Einer der beiden Angreifer habe ein Messer gezogen und auf die drei jungen MĂ€nner eingestochen. Der 19-JĂ€hrige wurde bei dem Angriff am Hals verletzt und musste notoperiert werden. Derzeit sind aber alle laut Polizei auĂer Lebensgefahr. Die beiden TĂ€ter sind geflĂŒchtet.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats youâre having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some âpositive shiftsâ in talks between the two sides. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
