НП бывают с содержанием никотина 7 мг, 14 мг и 21 мг в каждом пластыре.
Если вы НЕ КУРИТЕ:
✅ в течение 1-ой недели - только 1 мг никотина в день. Для этого д-р Ардис советует разрезать пластырь на кусочки. Затем – 3,5 мг никотина.
✅ перед сном удаляйте НП
✅ клейте кусочки пластыря на разные места тела, т.к. после ношения НП на теле может появиться покраснение (видимо, от химических токсинов, что входят в состав НП)

Если предпочитаете никотиновую жвачку, то Д-р Брайан Ардис рекомендует бренд Lucy (фото 3). Они бывают с содержанием никотина 2 мг, 4 мг и 6 мг. Также как и с НП, разделите жвачку, чтобы в день получить лишь 1 мг никотина.
