В 2022 году в этом чате появился репост четырех публикаций, которые следствие посчитало призывами к терроризму. По словам одного из свидетелей по делу, посты были "о военкоматах и о создании в Новгородской области отдельного государства".
Защита утверждает, что обвиняемые были только администраторами канала, а репост произошел автоматически.
