Предпосылки реформирования системы государственного контроля за исполнением муниципалитетами своих полномочий обсуждают на круглом столе с участием глав муниципальных образований в Москве.

Председатель СМО НО, мэр г.Арзамаса Александр Щелоков выступил за скорейшее применение успешных мер 248-ФЗ в отношении публичного контроля органов местного самоуправления, расширение мер профилактики и досудебного обжалования тех или иных решений надзорных органов и внесение такого порядка непосредственно в 131-ФЗ "Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в РФ".
Также предложил пропустить разрабатываемые индикаторы риска через мнение профессионального сообщества ВАРМСУ.

Совершенствование надзора за деятельностью ОМСУ , в чем глубоко убеждён, способно дать толчок в принятии многих решений на местах.
