He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
