На первом заседании Саратовской областной думы 7 созыва депутаты наделили экс-губернатора региона Валерия Радаева полномочиями сенатора Российской Федерации, представляющего Саратовскую областную думу.
Заместителем председателя думы-председателем комитета по госстроительству депутаты выбрали Татьяну Ерохину («Единая Россия»). Председателями комитетов стали: по бюджету - Алексей Антонов (ЕР), по вопросам АПК – Иван Бабошкин (ЕР), по социальной политике – Роман Грибов (ЕР), по образованию и культуре – Александр Блатман (ЕР), по ЖКХ и коммунальному хозяйству – Александр Бурмак (ЕР), по спорту и туризму – Дмитрий Пьяных (ЛДПР) и по промышленности и инвестиционной политике – Александр Анидалов (КПРФ).
