The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
