Уголовное дело о мошенничестве возбудили против бывшего и.о. начальника отдела архитектуры и строительства администрации города Каспийска.
По версии следствия, чиновник в 2023 году подал в мэрию документы, где говорилось, что его родственница является членом садоводческого товарищества в СНТ «Педагог», и за женщиной закреплён участок, хотя это было не так.
Потом на основании этих бумаг родственница и.о. начальника отдела архитектуры и градостроительства незаконно зарегистрировала право собственности на земельный надел.
Правоохранители продолжают расследование уголовного дела, сообщили в управлении Следкома по Дагестану.
