На сегодняшнем заседании апелляционной инстанции по делу журналистов «Росдержавы» Яна Кателевского и Александра Дорогова, которых подключали дистанционно из СИЗО в других областях, была плохая связь, сообщает корреспондентка RusNews. Все заседание Дорогову и Кателевскому приходилось повышать голос, а когда судья переспросил у Дорогова: «Не слышно?», прокурор Соломин добавил: «Уши прочисти».
Жена и защитница Кателевского Мария потребовала доставить Яна из Иркутска обратно в Москву, так как ему не дошли все апелляционные жалобы и он не может полностью ознакомиться с материалами дела. Суд ей отказал.
Заседание отложили до 10 июня в 9:00, чтобы ознакомиться с материалами дела смогла наконец хотя бы защита. Адвокаты требовали вовсе снять дело с рассмотрения на время ознакомления, но это ходатайство не удовлетворили.
