Сегодня Первый кассационный суд общей юрисдикции в Саратове оставил приговор экс-губернатору Хабаровского края Сергею Фургалу без изменений, как и запрашивал прокурор Иван Фомин. Напомним, что Люберецкий городской суд 10 февраля 2023 года приговорил Фургала к 22 годам колонии строгого режима.
Адвокаты Фургала заявили, что планируют в дальнейшем обращаться в Верховный Суд по его делу.
