🔹با توجه به بارش برف و به‌‌منظور تسهیل در تردد و صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و براساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز یکشنبه ۵ اسفند ۱۴۰۳ فعالیت‌های آموزشی حضوری مدارس و دانشگاه‌های استان تعطیل بوده و فعالیت همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بانک‌ها و حوزه‌های قضایی استان نیز با یک ساعت تأخیر آغاز خواهد شد.
