С необходимостью увеличить штрафы за нарушение «закона о тишине» согласились и члены парламентского комитета по законодательству, и правительство. Окончательное решение депутаты примут 30 января на сессии.

Скорректировать санкции предложил коллегам Антон МИНАКОВ. Верхние пределы штрафов – 4 тысячи рублей для граждан, 10 тысяч рублей – для должностных лиц и 20 тысяч рублей – для юридических лиц. Их размер не пересматривался около 10 лет.
